It’s really unbelievable, does the price of lives are really cheap here?

23 people died and 9 others are injured after jostled themselves with the crowd (which is around 3.000 people others) in the area of Pasuruan, East Java. The crowd gathered there to get the charity money from the local rich woman, which just around Rp. 30.000 (or US$ 3,50) per people.

The chronology of the incident, around 0800 am West. Ind. Time, the crowd from Pasuruan and the other area near Pasuruan started to make some queues, firstly, the queues were still in-line and arranged. But, at 0830 am, the crowd became jostled each other, some of the crowd, which are the grannies, also jostled each other. And then, the tragedy happened. Some of the grannies, are fell down, and they tried to stood again, but they can’t. People near the grannies, shouted to the people around them, to give more space for the grannies to take some breath. But, the sound of the crowd still louder the the shouts. After a while, the grannies can’t breath, lack of Oxygen make them tragically died. For some people, fortunately, just injured. But still, in the critical condition.

And you know what, the worst is the police squad aren’t there before the tragedy happened

First, I want to express my genuine condolence, to all of the victims of this incident. I just want to say, how does the people aren’t realize that some of the people are fell down. They just think for the money, which have a small amount. For just US$ 3,50, the people must pay for a live. This is the face of our country, which is the most important think is : "If you can fulfill your stomach, you can still live". The people and the government must realize that they must have a better coordination, to make this country more discipline. We hope that this kind of incident, are never, never, and never happen again
